My role is to co-create the space where insight becomes identity.
Whether you're processing trauma, returning from an altered state, or seeking deeper clarity as a leader or creative — I’m here to help your nervous system, psyche, and soul reconnect.
Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
I work with trauma survivors, high performers, athletes, and creatives who are ready to stop chasing improvement — and come home to their own embodied clarity and power. I also serve as an integration therapist in a Ketamine-Assisted Therapy program on O‘ahu, and offer intensives, retreats, and leadership coaching through the SoulBound model.
This isn’t regulation. It’s remembrance.
You are wired for expansion.
You are wired to belong here.
Science × Soul × Somatic Intelligence — let’s come home.
I’m Katrin Skeele, MA, LPCC, NCC — trauma psychotherapist, psychedelic integration practitioner, and founder of SoulBound: a practice at the intersection of science, soul, and somatic intelligence.
My work blends neuroscience, depth psychology, and expanded state integration — helping clients move from survival to embodied alignment. I draw from Somatic Psychology, Brainspotting, Parts Work, and Transpersonal frameworks to support healing that is both cellular and soul-rooted.
Katrin Skeele
Personhood
Originally from Germany, I lived between Europe, Indonesia, and Australia — moving through corporate offices, remote villages, classrooms, and ceremonies. I’ve performed in theaters and cleaned hotel rooms. I’ve trained in systems and surrendered to mystery.
I’ve listened and learned from sources both clinical and spiritual — professors, peers, elders, and humans from all walks of life.
I’ve experienced and studied complex trauma, expanded states, and high performance — not just professionally, but personally.
Eventually, I met my husband, Kaeo, and followed him to his home on O‘ahu. We raise our son, Benno, between Bretzels and Poke, wild ideas and daily chores, surf sessions and coffee dates.
SoulBound didn’t emerge in a vacuum — and it doesn’t exist in one.
It’s the synthesis of a life lived between worlds: academic and intuitive, structured and wild.
From conference rooms to surf breaks, from research to raw humanness, from deep exploration to dad jokes.
It’s all part of the woman.
It’s all part of the work.
